Unbelievably grateful to get the opportunity put time in on what is quite possibly the most iconic training venue in the World. For years, the best of the best regularly show up in the forests of Lichtaart.
As much as these trips are about the racing experience, they are just as much about learning the lifestyle, the nuances of race day logistics and taking advantage of the superlative training options. After a season where our team won the USCX overall

After a season where our team won the USCX overall, had medals at continental & national championships and found the podium with every rider, it would have been easy to call it a success and moved on to future season’s goals. Instead we packed up the youngest of the crew, hand selected races they could be competitive in and planned infrastructure and staff to support them in a familiar way. Lauren and Jules are at a point where these races can be invaluable in their quest towards being some of the best in the World. So #crossisstillhere

Last night, I got to stand on a cooler in a cold, wet, dark parking lot and acknowledge some of the people that helped make my dream in to a reality.
A fitting venue for such after the past dozen or so years of cyclocross.

That feeling when the plan comes together just as you hoped.
Lauren and Caroline have been growing together both inside and outside the tape. Caroline’s experience matched by Lauren’s youthful exuberance. They are teaching each other incredibly valuable lessons.
Yesterday, they culminated our season together by going 1-2 in convincing fashion.
Well done ladies. You make us all very proud.

The first week of the season, we fired our warning

The first week of the season, we fired our warning shot.
We are here to win. And we have.
Caroline and Lauren are at opposite ends of their careers. They are different in virtually every aspect of life. They have extremely contrasting season goals. But it works. They work.
With Lauren’s continued progression finishing her most recent C1 with a top 5, just 39 seconds off the podium, Caroline now has her heir apparent. But, we’re not stopping. In fact, we’re just getting started.

Last week, in response to an online article, we made a strong statement. “Development is just a piece of who we are. Make no mistake, we are here to win”
This weekend we backed up that statement. Back to back UCI Elite wins, Top U23 on Sunday, 6 Elite Top 10’s, and we topped it off with Masters and Singlespeed wins.
Caroline set the example in dominating fashion and with eerily similar late race surges, Jules locked up top U23 honors while Lauren crept within 16 seconds of the Elite podium.
